If I had to pay more for a product that became the U.S.?

If I had to pay more for a product of equal value to foreign competition which took at national level you? It is "Made in the USA by a U.S. company" important to you? Why or why not?

Generically I think not. I have several reasons for this. The first and all, is that although I have no problem supporting local economies, have a big problem with support for People who think they are worth more than what they are doing the production / product cost more. For example, factory "A" 's workers have a union and to insist on a minimum of $ 20 to press a button 3 times per minute. Factory "B" s workers are not unionized, and have a minimum wage of $ 10 per hour. If factory B is profitable to sell your product to 2 / 3 the price of a factory, and quality is the same, I will support the factory B.
